The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain competitive pricing for enhancements to the East Lake Tohopekaliga habitat, in accordance with the contract documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. The project consists of the drawdown of East Lake Tohopekaliga, the removal of vegetation and organics from the lake, and the construction of two spoil islands. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
