Rehabilitation work will include: Enclose the existing front patio area (approx. 75sq. Ft) to create a new entry per plan as designed by BCA Architects. Addition of new CMU block wall at north side of building with new double doors for entry. Addition of new wall for interior entry section with existing double doors Cut existing east wall for the addition of a pass-through window. Secure the front entrance with security camera & buzzer system. Create new reception desk Provide lighting to new entry and new exterior lighting at entry entrance. Provide new flooring and paint finishes throughout new entry are and affected existing are at the southeast side of the building.
