City shall issue an "Annual Purchase Order" to provide Elevator Inspection and Repair Services for all City facilities for an initial period of 12 months. Prices shall include all costs for the services described. All overhead costs, including but not limited to travel, equipment maintenance etc. shall be included in hourly rates. Prices shall remain in effect for the term of the contract or 120 days from the RFQ deadline date. One elevator is located in the AK Smiley Library and one elevator is located at the Civic Center. City of Redlands business license is required. Repair services are requested on an as needed basis. Inspection services are provided monthly Q&A due by 04/17/19 at 10Am. Prevailing wages.
