Demolition of Existing Facilities, Clearing and Grubbing, Site Erosion Control & Grading, Site Hardscape, Landscape & Irrigation, Wooden Boardwalk & Entry Plaza, Play Equipment, Safety Surface & Required CPSI Inspections, All Other Work Necessary for the Completion of the Project. Work is expected to begin within 15 days after the notice to proceed has been issued and all work must be completed within 120 calendar days. The contractor is responsible for calling for utility locations prior to the start of each phase of work. It shall be the contractor’s responsibility to coordinate the work with any utility owner whom may be in conflict with the work. No claims will be considered for extra compensation.
