This Contract includes renovations at the Embarcadero and Civic Center Bike Stations. The work at the Embarcadero Bike Station includes a reconfigured secured bike area entry with new ceiling and light fixtures. The work at the Civic Center Bike Station includes construction of one continuous secured paid bicycle parking area – with new bike racks, new structural members and glazing and installation of a new door. The contract will provide safe and secured bike parking facilities at the two downtown stations. Prevailing Wages SBE and Local Business Enterprise preference goal is 7% MBE goal is 18.2% and WBE goal is 93%. 180 calendar days performance.
