The demolition and improvements of the existing HVAC roof-top package units and second floor bathroom of the east wing of the Evelyn Mount Northeast Community Center (EMNECC), located at 1301 Valley Road. The demolition will include the removal of asbestos containing material (ACM). The HVAC scope of work will include removal of the existing air conditioner units on the first and second floors, and the removal of the existing swamp cooler units on the roof of the east wing of EMNECC. Eight (8) new HVAC package units and curbs shall be installed on the roof. The new bathrooms on the second floor shall be ADA compliant, and shall include all other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
