The Contractor shall install a Panelfold Moduflex Model 420 STC 50 or equal. The new wall must match the color of the existing Panelfold wall. The contractor shall remove the old accordion wall. The contractor shall provide any additional structural work necessary to support the new panel fold wall. The contractor shall repair the ceiling to pre-construction state. The wing walls shall be modified to hold the new panels. Contractors shall take the necessary precautions to protect the floor, sidewalks, furniture, cabinets, and other items.
