The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Escalator Replacement at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center. The work to be performed for this project includes but is not limited to the demolition of existing escalator components and installation of new components at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center. This project is located at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046. It is the intent that all work shall be performed under one contract with a qualified Contractor. Where Gwinnett County provides forms for bid or bond submissions, they must be used without exception. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents.
