Work involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, fuel, tools, transportation, and services for drilling, construction, development, testing, and completion of the well as described in these specifications. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the Total Bid Price payable to the Nipomo Community Services District as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the Agreement and provide all required bonds and insurance. A bid shall not be considered unless one of the forms of Bidder's security is enclosed with it.
