Campus Way Finding Signage will require design build and onsite construction coordination services to install fifteen (15) Illuminated Freestanding Monument signs in softscape and hardscape areas, eleven (11) Exterior Illuminated Building Signs that will attach to existing buildings for Evergreen Community College in San Jose, CA. The general project scope includes new construction of campus way finding illuminated freestanding building identification signs and building badges throughout the EVC Campus. THIS IS BID PACKAGE 1 of 2. A bidder must be PRE-QUALIFIED to bid on this package. Only contractors who have passed the District's pre-qualification from REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Q&A due by 04/20/20 at 5PM.
