Restrooms will be brought up to Code (wall finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures and restroom accessories. Certain long-lead items will be Owner-furnished, Contractor-installed. The work is to be substantially complete in early August, 2020. Bonds required. Q&A due by 04/16/20 at 5PM. Prevailing wages.
