The project entails renovations to Gullo I Building's first and second floor restrooms, located at Evergreen Valley College. Work includes demolition, carpentry, ceramic tiles and accessories, painting, acoustical ceiling grid and panels, signage, restroom accessories, restroom partitions, plumbing, electrical, lighting and lighting controls, and minor mechanical alterations. The facility's Bookstore and Cafeteria will remain open during renovations. Contractors are expected to coordinate work with facility's operations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
