The new building will be a conventional wood-framed building with concrete foundation system, wood-framed roof with engineered wood products, asphalt shingle & SBS modified bituminous membrane roofing system, wood decking & horizontal plywood sheathing, rigid insulation, fall protection and other roof accessories. Scope includes interior & exterior opening systems, interior finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical low voltage, site/civil (including modifications to existing well, water reservoir, septic and paving), and landscaping
