The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino is seeking qualified licensed contractor(s) to perform exterior painting and repair services in the city of Montclair.New cementitious siding (Hardie board) and trim will be installed as part of the contract. This painting contract shall include preparation and complete exterior painting of 11 buildings including prep & painting of new siding & trim. Painting Contractor will replace damaged fascia, wood trim, wood siding & other wood products as needed on all structures, railings, signs, and mailboxes. Painting contractor will repair exterior stucco walls as needed and prime all surfaces to accept finish coat. The work shall consist of the provision of all permits, materials, labor, equipment and disposal to perform the complete work as stipulated in this scope of work. All units will be occupied for the duration of the project. Q&A due by 03/05/20 at 4PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages. Project site: Kingsley Patio Homes 10302 Poulsen Court Montclair, CA 91763
