Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms or individuals to submit Bids for the Field Services Building Office Upgrade, in accordance with the bid specifications and drawings. See attached. The Owner requires the Project commence within 30 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final Notice to Proceed and the Project be completed within 75 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Limited Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
