Nash Farms Cultural Arts Building located at 4361 Jonesboro Road, Hampton, Georgia
The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of a fire sprinkler system at the Nash Farms Cultural Arts Building located at 4361 Jonesboro Road, Hampton, Georgia. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Bidder must have previous experience in New Construction Fire Sprinkler System installation. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid for the complete work. The Bid Bond shall be forfeited to Henry County, Georgia as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute the Contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within fifteen (15) calendar days after being notified that he has been awarded the Contract. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
