The scope of work includes new construction of two buildings; Fire Station #6 and Fire Administration Building at 1000 N 25th Street. Canopy cover of walkway between the two buildings is included as Add Alternate #1. This alternate includes fabrication and installation of a custom canopy to provide a covered pathway from the Station and employee parking area to the rear entrance of the new Fire Admin Building. Rooftop photovoltaic system is included as Add Alternate #2. This alternate includes the provision and installation of a custom photovoltaic system on the Fire Station building. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
