The work for this Project involves, but is not limited to: Erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, site demolition, tree removal, grading / site excavation and fill, approximately 1,050 L.F. of concrete curbs, 4,035 S.F. of sidewalks and garbage enclosure front slab, 22,000 S.F. of asphalt parking lot, storm drainage infrastructure and detention pond, parking lot lighting, signage, striping, and related work in conjunction with the construction of a 15,250 S.F. building. Additional site work, building, and all other utilities for the building are provided under separate contract
