Estimate: $8.5MM to $9.5MM

Project generally includes the following: New Comfort Stations, New Group Recreational Hall, Reconfigured Park Amenities, including site work and site utilities, replacement of existing waterline and sanitary sewer force mains, construction of redundant waterline to loop System at Cedar Hill State Park, Dallas County, Texas in accordance with the RFCSB for a General Contractor. All work shall be completed in five hundred (540) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the "NTP." HSP required.
