Folsom Middle School 500 Blue Ravine Road, Folsom, CA 95630. The non-mandatory pre-bid walk will commence at the Office and all attendees are required to sign in.
The Project Scope consist of: Relocation of (4) Relocatable Classrooms to Folsom Cordova USD Folsom Middle School including all related site work & utilities. Minor accessibility site work improvements. The successful bidder shall commence work on or about May 31st, 2019. All work shall be completed by August 30th, 2019. Bonds required (if bid value is greater than $25,000). Prevailing wages apply.
