The conference will be held at the Forest Grove Wastewater Treatment Facility at the address noted above, and will be followed by the Site visit.
Estimate: $11.7M
The work under this Contract will consist of, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to do the following (collectively, the Work): Constructing one 120-foot diameter secondary clarifier structure, mechanical equipment, piping, and electrical connections. Rehabilitation work on existing secondary clarifiers will include topping slabs, new weirs and launders. Earthwork, dewatering and geotechnical stabilization is required. Cooperation with Bonneville Power Administration is required. Work associated with a new Electrical Building (under separate contract) will be under construction concurrently with this Project. The Site of the Work is the Forest Grove Wastewater Treatment Facility, 1345 SW Fernhill Road, Forest Grove, OR 97116 (Site). The Site is an active working treatment plant and full-time operation of the Site by Owner’s staff is a requirement of this work. Temporary arrangements have been specified so that the Contractor may conduct most of their work uninterrupted. However, access for scheduled, routine and emergency duties is required at all times.
