The City of Smithfield is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to construct the park expansion including parking lot, pickleball courts, soccer field, paved trail, fencing, irrigation (including pressure booster pump), power for lighting and booster pump, lighting for the parking lot and pickleball courts, and landscaping per the plans and specifications prepared for this work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
