Fountain location (Union Square Loop & 11th Street).
Work includes the ongoing maintenance of the City’s Station District Fountain with tasks to be performed in weekly, monthly and annual frequencies over a one-year duration with an option to extend for a second and third year. The estimated cost for the initial one-year term is $50,000 which includes an allowance for extra work to be negotiated to perform as-directed repairs to the fountain and to modify the controls, as necessary, to make the system operational. Project location is 11th Street & Union Station Loop, adjacent to the UC Bart Station. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
