At the Ronald M George State Office Complex, 455 Golden Gate Avenue 8th Flr, Sn Francisco, CA. Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: demolition, new interior partitions, finishes, doors, frames and hardware, signage, new casework, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, power, lighting and controls, security, telephone/data, audio/visual, CCTV, wiring, cable, panelboards, switchgear and related work. Termination of power, telephone and data at new Modular Systems Furniture (MSF) is part of this Contract. The MSF procurement, assembly and installation is not part of this contract and will be completed by the State.
