The scope of work for this Project is to demolish, remove, and dispose offsite of the abandoned remaining systems related to the outside boiler and fuel cell facilities near Digesters 5 and 6 & including but not limited to: concrete equipment pads; piping support structure; exposed & underground utilities and process piping in the tunnels; abandoned hot water loop piping in the tunnel; and abandoned hydrogen fuel gas piping along the perimeter fence; as shown on the Contract Documents. The Work also includes providing a new AC and concrete pavement as shown on the Contract Documents. The Work also includes the demolition and removal of hazardous waste materials(lead containing or lead based paint piping and asbestos containing gaskets) to the OCSD designated hazardous storage areas and/or OCSD provided containers. Project Duration: 180 Calendar Days. Bonds required. Prevailing Wages apply.
