Otsego County is accepting bids for all labor and material to repair the roof on the County Office Buiding that includes Re-coating the roof with sprayed in place Polyurethane Foam and Elastomeric Coating. Provide, at a minimum, 15 year warranty on the roof/repair. Remove 1,100 square feet of existing saturated and or deterioted roofing identified by the infrared scan and visbly marked on roof, completely down to existing built proof.
