The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to seek competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to furnish, deliver and install an air-cooled chiller for the Public Safety Building at Johnston Community College (JCC) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and specifications fully incorporated herein. The unit must be the same or substantially equivalent to the models deemed acceptable according to the Guaranteed Energy Savings Project completed by Piedmont Service Group for Johnston Community College. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
