N/S of Falcon Drive, W/O Oriole Street and S/S of New Highway (47 Falcon Drive), Hauppauge, NY.
Furnish and install prefabricated flush wall clear span pre-engineered metal building additions to existing metal buildings, as shown on the Drawings, specified herein, or as directed by the Owner to execute the work in a workmanlike manner. Part-replace exterior wall panels, interior liner panels and associated trim at the existing pre-engineered metal buildings where shown on the Drawings. Modify cable type cross-bracing at existing buildings to clear proposed openings for access walkways where shown on the Drawings. Columns of the pre-engineered metal building additions must be contained within the girt space to permit the interior walls and the exterior side and end walls to be installed in a straight line. All columns and rafters to have solid webs and parallel (straight) flanges. The approximate pre-engineered metal building dimensions shall be as shown on the Drawings. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
