At the bid opening, the Contractor must supply a Bid guarantee of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted. This base bid work consists of the Installation of pre-purchased water meters from the Town of Hartwick. Contractor shall install Town purchased water meters in approximately 176 homes.
