Add alternates are included to provide panel fencing, motorized sliding gate and passage gate at the front of building; provide aluminum stairs and ramp in lieu of wood stairs; provide metal screens over existing windows; provide uniform height carpet tile and lvt flooring system; and provide additional parking area lighting. Questions due by Mar 12th @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
