City Corporation Yard, 550 Westside Road, Healdsburg CA 95448.
The Work in general consists of a multi-site project owned by the City of Healdsburg including: Police Station: Exterior plaster repair and painting.Replacement of Emergency generator. Public Works Building: Replace single glazed windows with dual glazed low-e aluminum windows. Remove rust and scale re-paint structural steel framing. Replace damaged and dented metal building wall panels. Renovate men's restrooms in public works building. Operations Building: Replace VCT tile flooring and rubber base boards throughout. Senior Center: Installation of automatic sliding door at front and rear entrances. Installation of roll-up counter door between kitchen and community room. Replacement of ceiling tiles and other such items of work as are required to complete the Project in accordance with this Contract, the Project Plans and Technical Specifications. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
