The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) will accept bids in strict conformity with the bidding and Contract Documents for the Project Georgia Academy Of The Blind Add Generator To Cottage #7. Bidders must submit the Bid Verification and Statement of Qualifications and other all forms required in the bid documents by uploading the forms to e-Builder. All forms must be fully completed and executed when submitted. From the date that this Invitation To Bid (ITB) is issued until a bidder is selected and the selection is announced, there shall be no communication for any reason, except during the pre-bid conference, between a bidder and any State employee other than the contracting officer listed regarding this ITB. GSFIC reserves the right to reject any bid for violation of this provision.
