Rockingham Community College (RCC) seeks to contract with an engineering firm to perform geotechnical, material testing services, and special inspections for its new Center for Workforce Development (CWD) building. The proposed project will be on the RCC campus located at 215 Wrenn Memorial Rd., Wentworth, NC 27375. Services will include borings with soil tests, concrete testing, steel testing, and asphalt testing. The proposed construction project will consist of approximately 42,000-square-foot, one-story steel framed structure built on slabon-grade along with new parking and drives.
