The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking a Glass Cleaning Service provider to clean interior/exterior surfaces on buildings identified in ATTACHMENT A within Section 6 of the Pricing Document. The initial term of the resulting Agreement will be for five (5) years, and thereafter the University shall have the right, at its option, to renew the Agreement for up to two (2) additional renewal terms of two (2) years each. Bonds required.
