Glen Eden Sidewalk (approx. 300 LF) for removal of existing asphalt trail, construction of 5’ wide concrete sidewalk (4” thick) (167 SY), grading and addition of compacted base material, sod edges of sidewalk, R&R existing culvert pipe. New sidewalk grades to cross slope 2% and max 5% longitude slope. Install railings both sides at slopes steeper than 5% per ADA guidelines. Millbrook Exchange Patio (approx. 235 SF.) (26 SY), 4” thick concrete reinforced patio, sawcut, broom finish, (electric box lid to be leveled with finish concrete), construct one sidewalk ramp. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
