The contract work for this project shall consist of providing COMPLETE GOPHER AND RODENT CONTROL in a safe and timely manner in accordance with the maintenance standards set forth in this specification. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, and supervision required to properly maintain the landscaped areas in an attractive condition throughout the terms of the contract. The construction and completion of the project indicated above shall be in accordance with the CBC 2007 (Latest Edition) and the Plans and Specifications as prepared for this project.
