Granville Athletic Park / Sports Pavilion located at 4619 Belltown Road; Oxford, NC
The following project is an expansion of the existing park facilities located at the Granville Athletic Park (GAP) on Bell Town Road in Oxford, NC. The project will be accessed from Jonesland Drive and will consist of clearing, grading and site development of approximately 7 acres of the 11.86-acre parcel. The site is being developed for a +/-2000 sf pavilion, 6 tennis courts, 2 outdoor volleyball courts, 3 horse shoe pits, playground, and walkway. An adult fitness station is planned and is included herein as a bid alternate. There will be a total of 74 parking spaces provided, 59 located near the tennis courts and the remaining 15 spaces located near the pavilion and accessed via a second drive that extends through the property for a future expansion.
