Widening/replacement of uphill and widening/resurfacing of two-way portion of bike path including but not limited to restriping with paint except where noted, installing new signs, raising utility manholes to grade, grading/excavation, erosion/sediment control, and traffic control. : Install shoulder backing 8" deep x 1 ft wide on both sides of downhill bike path (STA66+82 to STA91+50). Install double seal coat & restripe with thermoplastic on downhill bike path (STA66+82 to STA95+50). Reconstruct downhill bike path and restripe with thermoplastic (STA66+82 to STA91+50). Perform 2" overlay and restripe with paint on downhill bike path (STA66+82 to STA91+50). All striping in base bid to be thermoplastic. Each Bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Lump Sum Base Bid as security for Bidder's obligation to enter into a Contract with University on the terms stated in the Bid Form and to furnish all items required by the Bidding Documents. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
