Sealed bids, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the construction of The Greatest Generation Memorial Park will be received at Thomaston City Hall. Construction work includes erosion control, grading, sub-grade preparation, asphalt trails, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, and other miscellaneous work in contract documents. A Contract Performance Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a Payment Bond equal to one hundred and ten percent (110%) of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder prior to contract execution.
