This project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal of existing roof system over the original Insulating Concrete Roof Deck (Zonolite). The new roof will require a new insulation, cover board and two ply modified bitumen roof system. The work will also require the modification of existing HVAC curbs and the lifting of existing natural gas service lines to accommodate latest IBC requirements and new roof assembly.
