This is a performance contract. The Proposer is to supply all material, planting material, chemicals, equipment, supervision and labor required to perform the service. The requirement is for the respondent to provide a pleasing first impression by having well maintained landscaping treatments. The contractor will work with the owner to understand and insure the desired results are achieved. HUB Subcontracting Plan required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
