The Contractor shall provide the engineering, design, permitting, project management, labor, materials, equipment, inspections in accordance with the requirements of these Specifications to:1)Restore the fire damaged GT-2 to commercial operation, and 2)Upgrade the control system and field devices for GT-1, GT-2, their SCR systems, and the associated fuel gas compressors.3)The Contractor shall perform a commercially useful function by being directly responsible for execution of a distinct element of the field work at the site using its own workforce in addition to managing, and supervising the Work. The Contractor shall perform at least 30% of its listed work with its own workforce or based on normal industry practice. The Contractor may not subcontract a greater portion of the work than would be expected by industry practices.
