The purpose of this event is to establish an annual contract to procure guardrail repair and installation that will be used by the Streets Maintenance department.These specifications describe the repair of existing damaged guardrail (W beam and T beam), installation of new guardrail (W beam and T beam), and the installation, or replacement of type 12 and one terminations. Locations are throughout the City of Savannah, with the majority of the work being on the Truman Parkway. A separate item is included for guardrail located in a paved concrete median/asphalt or similar area, with any concrete/asphalt disturbed to be replaced.
