The work shall consist of the on-site crushing of windrowed asphalt and base course materials in order to form a homogeneous asphaltic base. The bidder shall be responsible for the scarifying, wind-rowing, pulverizing and rough grading the in-place material. The term of this contract will be from April 1, 2020 thru and included March 31, 2021, with the option to renew annually for up to an additional two (2) years by mutual agreement. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
