Work includes extensive removal of deteriorated materials at exterior walls and replacement with new insulation, fiber cement siding, windows, doors, composite decking, etc. Work also includes stone masonry tuckpointing, extension of roof eaves and rakes, and new concrete walks. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
