Description/Scope of Work: The Hanner Complex at 590 Herty Dr, Statesboro, GA 30458 has two Wood Gym Floors that requires two phases of construction. Phase One will consist of work to replace the Old Gym Floor with an execution no earlier than June 20, 2019 and must be closed out no later than July 26, 2019. Phase Two will consist of patching and refinishing the Auxiliary Gym with an execution no earlier than December 23, 2019 and must be closed out no later than January 10, 2020.
