exas State Technical College is soliciting proposals in response to this Emergency Request for Proposal, from qualified Respondents to provide Waste Management and Disposal Services related to Hazardous and Other Regulated Waste more specifically described in Section 2 of this RFP, including the locating, management, handling, transportation and disposal of hazardous and other regulated waste in accordance with the requirements and specification of this RFP, including without limitation to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. TSTC is requiring two quotes. First, identification and inventorying of Unknown Chemicals. It is the responsibility of awarded Respondent to locate and identify all chemicals. Second, removal, transporting and disposing of those chemicals to an approved waste disposal facility. HSP required.
