The Delivery Method for the Project will be Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) and, at a minimum, the Owner will also employ the services of a Design Professional in addition to the services of a Contractor. During pre-construction, the Contractor will be responsible for pricing, value engineering, as well as maintainability and constructability issues. Painting, Refinish floors, Refinish existing doors, Reroofing, Marker board replacement, Insulating, NFPA 13 Fire sprinkler system upgrades, Lighting replacement, Plumbing, ADA compliance improvements, Flooring, Relocating walls and reconfiguring spaces to create admin spaces and GADOE compliant sized classrooms. HVAC Replacement, Finish Carpentry, Ceilings, Door Replacement, Window replacement . Phase 2; New classroom addition building, Building Demolition, Rewiring (power and Data, Painting, Flooring, Casework, Plumbing, Refinish doors , HVAC replacement, Site drainage improvements.
