The demolition of the existing courtyard landscape at Hawkins Hall (North Courtyard) and the construction of a new garden landscape that includes new natural stone site walls, plantings, both new and salvaged natural stone paving, new stone dust and other ground materials, boulders, new site lighting, salvaged CLF (chain link fencing) relocated and secured to the existing concrete retaining wall, jute erosion control mesh on site slopes, the installation of a pre-cut pave labyrinth and all other items noted on the Drawings and the Scope of Work. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
