Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove and replace fire sprinkler system in certain areas of the Highlands County Detention Facility at 338 South Orange St., Sebring, Florida 33870. Contractor shall complete the Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The principal features, as defined above, are not intended to cover every aspect of the Project details. Contractor shall be responsible for reviewing the Contract Documents to determine the full scope of the Work and specific requirements of the Project, which include familiarity and compliance with all Laws and Regulations. This project encourages M/WBE participation.
